While pregnant with daughter Rainbow Aurora, Holly Madison decided to turn the page on her old eating habits. She now has the post-baby body to show for it.
Having lost the 30 lbs. she gained during pregnancy, Madison didnt really shed those pounds with aerobics, she tells PEOPLE. She did it with her menu.
I really wanted to eat more healthy while I was pregnant so I started reading a lot of nutrition books, she says. It was really through diet that I lost the weight. I used to be the most unhealthy person. I would eat fast food everyday because I was on the go. When you have someone elses life in your hands, you become more aware of nutrition.
With her first-hand experience, the former Playboy model is partnering with ediets.com to launch the Holly Madison Diet, a diet geared toward pregnant women and new mothers.
It will give recipes and you get a diet tailored to your likes and your needs, she tells PEOPLE. You can customize it to the things you want, whether its meals or snacks.
These days, the newlywed is really into green smoothies and healthy snack bars.
Before , I was work, work, work, but as long as I stayed somewhat skinny that was all I cared about, she says. Now its a totally different thing. Now I want to be healthy and at a proper weight for healthful reasons.

Count Lili Reinhart as someone who didn’t want to see Kim Kardashian wearing Marilyn Monroe’s dress at the 2022 Met Gala however, it’s not because she thinks the reality TV star isn’t worthy.
The “Riverdale” actress is slamming Kim for undergoing an extreme diet in order to fit into the dress.
“To walk on a red carpet and do an interview where you say how starving you are because you haven’t eaten carbs in the last monthall to fit in a f****** dress?” Lili wrote on . “So wrong. So f***ed on 100s of levels.”
While Lili didn’t mention “The Kardashians” star by name, it was clear who she was talking about, as Kim told Vogue that she lost 16 pounds in three weeks via diet and exercise in order to fit into the iconic dress Marilyn wore in 1962 while singing “Happy Birthday” to President John F. Kennedy.
After the Met Gala on May 2, Kim indulged in doughnuts and pizza because she was “starving.”
“I haven’t had carbs or sugar in almost a month, definitely three weeks,” she said, equating it to “preparing for a role.”
Lili, though, saw little redeeming about the situation.
“To openly admit to starving yourself for the sake of the Met Gala. When you know very well that millions of young men and women are looking up to you and listening to your every word. The ignorance is other-worldly disgusting,” she wrote.

This week, Madison took to TikTok to talk about body dysmorphia, which the Mayo Clinic defines as a mental health disorder “in which you can’t stop thinking about one or more perceived defects or flaws in your appearancea flaw that appears minor or can’t be seen by others.”
In the TikTok, Madison talked about coming across an old photo of herself from 2005 dressed as a Playboy Bunny for a fashion show. She said she remembers watching a playback of herself in the show right afterwards and thinking, “Oh my god, I need to lose weight.'” At the time, Madison said she was “terrified” about the perceived weight gain.
” thought I had gained weight, and thought I hadn’t stuck to my diet, and I thought my thighs were huge and I thought, ‘I need to lose five pounds at least,'” she recalled.
Madison then acknowledged that in hindsight, her perspective was “ridiculous.” She added: “I look like a stick.”
Madison went on to say that negative thoughts about her body have affected her daily life over the years. “I really feel like worrying about what I look like has gotten in the way of me living my best life and being as happy as I could be and really enjoying life as much as I could,” she said.

I tried to lose weight just by working out and moderately watching what I eat at first, but even though I was doing really challenging workouts almost every day, nothing was budging, Holly explained. It wasnt until I finally went to a nutritionist a year ago that I started making any progress. I had to know what foods worked with my metabolism before a diet became effective.

Aside from her strict diet plan, Holly also took a page out of Jessica Albas book, and cinched her waist with tight corsets.
Ive started wearing them to help tighten up. Ive still got a lot of loose skin around my waistline, she tells the magazine.
Now that her baby girl is two months old, Holly can get back into her workout stride. She has been hitting the treadmill several days a week, and incorporating ab work. Even though her fiance Pasquale Rotella is supportive, the new mom reveals her post-baby slimdown is all for herself.
He doesnt care if I lose the weight. It was just a goal I set for myself, she adds.

Kelly Clarkson’s Ex Hints That She’s Possibly Spying On Him
Kelly Clarkson is being forced to disable a collection of outdoor security cameras at her Montana ranch after her ex-husband, who still lives on the property, hinted that she’s violating his privacy by having them on.
Court documents obtained by The Blast show that a judge is making the singer disable the cameras and show proof that she did so.
“Kelly shall forth with turn off all web-cams, trail cams, and any other security cameras at which are now approximately 13 in total,” the judge’s order states.
Brandon Blackstock, Kelly’s ex, didn’t specify why he wanted the cameras off, but sources told The Blast it was all about privacy. Although none of the cameras in question are located inside the home, Brandon doesn’t like that Kelly has access to video and images of everything that occurrs on the grounds.
Kelly and Brandon’s split has been nasty, to say the least, and the ranch where Brandon has lived since June 2020 was a real point of contention. A judge ruled last year that the “Since You’ve Been Gone” singer owns the property by herself, which Brandon disagreed with. In a March settlement, it was determined that Kelly will keep the ranch but Brandon could live there until June 1. However, he was forced to pay Kelly $12,500 a month for rent.
Kelly was recently granted primary custody of their two children daughter River, 7, and son Remington, 5. Under the custody agreement, Brandon gets the children one weekend a month.

The 33-year-old blonde beauty model told InTouch Weekly magazine: “We’re putting a gym in our house, so I’ll be doing yoga, Pilates, and cardio.”
Holly – who previously starred in ‘Peepshow’ – also revealed she plans to stick to a healthy diet of green smoothies, coconut yogurt and vegetable stews in order to drop back down to 110 pounds so she is fit in case she is offered another show in Las Vegas.
The former Playboy model previously revealed she began thinking about how to lose her baby weight several months before giving birth.
She said: “I’ll probably start slow with yoga and Pilates. I’m delusionally confident – I feel like I’ll be doing some kind of a stage show like a month later. Everyone tells me I’m crazy but that’s what I visualise.”
