So, maybe you could make fritters using three eggs and maybe you could eat a cup of nuts a day and still lose a lot of weight, I really don’t know.
But hopefully you’re getting the picture that this diet isn’t eating a depressing amount of lettuce. As long as you stay away from potatoes and all grains and cheese you can pretty much eat whatever you like. The funny thing is though that after a few days you’ll only want the healthy options anyway as they suddenly taste so good.
