JOE CROSS: I came from a world of finance. It was all about how many boats, how many cars, how many watchesall about stuff. Somewhere along the way from being a little boy who loved going to the beach and playing rugby, running and being very active, the focus went to an obsession over my bank balance growing. With the bank balance growing, something else grew, and it was my waist size. Apart from that, I was ignorant. I turned my back on Mother Nature and lived predominantly on fast food. I was 32 when I first got sick. The doctor would give me some pills, the course of the medication would be a week, maybe two weeks, and good as gold.

What I Specifically Did On My Reboot Juice Cleanse

I’m now going to share the specifics of my 15 day juice fast and exactly what I did on the reboot juice cleanse. This might be helpful for you, however it is by no means necessary.

  • I drank 4-6 juices everyday
  • I drank a lot of alkaline, ionized water every day
  • I did 4 colon hydrotherapy sessions to further cleanse my colon
  • I had a few important supplements, such as probiotics, enzymes, amino acids, and a few others
  • I also used a bit of Udo’s oil everyday for healthy fats
  • I did a few light workouts just to stimulate my muscles enough to let them know they need to stick around
  • I did rebounding everyday to stimulate my cells and get rid of lymph
  • I got a live blood analysis done, to be able to see my blood and the improvements in it
  • I got a massage and relaxed at a spa
  • I did a liver flush to cleanse out gallstones from my gallbladder
  • I read books and fed my mind with positivity

It seems like a lot, but like I said, it’s not all necessary. I’m just a bit of a health freak and I like to optimize myself in every way possible to get maximum results. Even a 10 day juice fast without these additions is beneficial.

Ultimately, I had a great experience on my 15 day juice fast. I’ll likely do one again every year and keep it up as a ritual.

S Of Preparing Step By Step:

Fat Sick and Nearly Dead Diet – Mean Green Juice in a JuicePresso Cold Press Juicer

Step 1:

At first, take the apple and cucumber to peel them perfectly. Then make small dice to blend them easily. Chop off the celery stalks and kale leaves finely for later use.

Step 2:

Put the chopped green apple and cucumber in a food mixer and add water to it. Blend the fruits over high speed to get mixed with the water perfectly. Then add the chopped kale leaves to bring a strong flavor.

Reboot Your Body: My 2 Cents

Going on a sixty day juicing diet is quite extreme and it isnt necessarily the easiest, most practical or even the healthiest way to lose weight and regain health for most people, in my opinion.

By juicing fruit and veggies you are losing virtually all of the beneficial fibers, unless of course you eat the pulp or drink green smoothies.

What I would recommend instead, is simply to add freshly made vegetable/green/fruit juices to your diet.

Dont go cold turkey just ADD the juice and smoothies.

As the days go by, drink more and more of it, until you find yourself eating less and less of everything else.

Next start replacing your meat and potato type meals with more fruit, vegetables, as well as some whole grains and beans.

Taking cold turkey plunge into the juice fast is challenging to say the least, and you might just fold and abandon the fast too quickly, and never return to the wonders of juicing. Thats why its better to ease into this gradually.

Also, you need to be aware of the detox effect with some unpleasant side effects that will kick in if you go into this too quickly. As you detox you might feel mild flu-like symptoms for a few days as your body discharges the toxins.
