If you dont eat like a pig and do light fittness during ur pregnancy, its normal if u gain 12-18 kg. The fat is stored and used to produce breastmilk. So the more u feed ur baby, the more u lose pregnancy weight. Wanna speed up? Do light postpregnancy exercises at least 4x week.
